The EMP is intended to be a practical and achievable plan of management designed to meet the requirements of the relevant State and Local Government legislation and regulations. It shall give appropriate weight to the Environment Protection Policies for Air, Noise and Water and the Environmental Guideline for Construction and Building Sites.

 The Environmental Management Plan (EMP) has been prepared to ensure minimal impact on the environment as a consequence of works being undertaken. The scope of the works includes earthworks, drainage, pavements, wearing surfaces, concrete slabs, tilt-up panels, roof systems, electrical, building and environmental protection measures.
